Does the lamp light on automatically?
Yes, it will light on automatically at darkness in all modes except when manually set to "OFF".
Can the lamp be used in strong wind environments?
Yes. The structure uses an Aluminum-alloy holder with Zinc plating, making it solid, firm, and resistant to rust and corrosion.
What is the difference between Motion sensor and PIR sensor?
Motion (Radar) sensors emit high-frequency electric waves to detect movement up to 10 meters away with high accuracy. PIR sensors detect temperature changes and typically have a shorter range of 3-5 meters.
What is the lead time for orders?
Typically, it takes 3 workdays for samples and 7-15 workdays for batch orders exceeding 100 pieces.
What kind of warranty is provided?
We offer a 3 to 5-year warranty on our products. During this period, replacements for small quantities are sent with new orders if any defects occur.
Are samples available for testing?
Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check the quality of our solar street lights. Mixed samples are also acceptable.
