Our specialized manufacturing process produces high-quality galvanized street light poles that are both durable and customizable. With over 14 years of industry experience since 2000, we maintain a robust production capacity of 20,000 poles per month, ranging from 3m to 35m in height.
To ensure superior quality and cost-effectiveness, vertical production lines are implemented for all galvanized lighting poles. This allows for full control over quality standards and cost management throughout the fabrication process.
The Polygonal LED High Mast Tower is engineered using high-quality steel Q235/SS400. Utilizing automatic submerged arc welding techniques, the structure offers exceptional strength and durability for long-term outdoor use.
Surface treatment includes meticulous hot-dip galvanizing and powder painting. With a zinc coating thickness of ≥ 86um and adhesive force meeting GB2694-88 standards, the tower provides excellent corrosion resistance. It is designed to withstand harsh weather conditions with an anti-wind capacity of 36.9m/s.

Our production facility features advanced plate cutting, bending, auto-welding, polishing, and spray painting lines. This precision ensures every high mast lighting system meets rigorous performance standards for industrial and commercial applications.
Standard delivery for orders such as 100 galvanized steel light poles is typically completed within 20 working days. For shipping protection, FCL goods utilize felt and bulb wrappings, while LCL poles are secured with specialized bulb wrapping to ensure safe arrival.
